He was too strong for her,
And she.
She was fragile like the drop of the morning dew
But they were like the ocean and the sky,
Incomplete and undefined without each other.
They say, “Opposites attract”
But their opposites were not their likings but their destiny
She was his ‘morrow.
And he was forbidden to live his tomorrow.
There were times that he wished. They wished, if only…
But his life was stolen by the society
While hers was snatched away by the Gods.
And while she battled her last breath on the Earth.
He gave her his, to spare him her farewell sight.
“I’ll wait for you up there”, he whispered in her sleeping
ears before he closed his eyes.
A tear slipped from her eye.
The invisible kiss of an untold story.
